This kit includes everything needed to create and
detail roads, sidewalks and parking areas.
Asphalt Top Coat: non-toxic, water-based. Specially
designed to simulate the color of road surfaces. Enough
to cover a 20' x 3" area.
Concrete Top Coat: non-toxic, water-based. Specially
designed paint that simulates the color of sidewalks. Enough
to cover a 4' x 3" area.
Durable plastic ruler used for the following:
* remove turf from ReadyGrass Vinyl Mats
* lay out N, HO and O scale sidewalks, parking lots and
two-lane roads
