RPM Kraton/Outcast Front Upper & Lower Suspension Arm Set (Blue) (RPM81485)
RPM Kraton/Outcast Front Upper & Lower Suspension Arms fit the ARRMA Kraton, Talion & Outcast as well as the Durango DEX8T. These arms are designed primarily for strength and durability but RPM has added a few extra features in as well. First is slop elimination. These A-arms reduce the amount of movement of the A-arm at the inner mounts, providing for better steering response and more consistent camber, caster and toe angle settings. The next improvement is the addition of a second shock mount hole further out on the arm, providing for a lower profile suspension set-up, allowing the shocks to lay down a little further, dropping the ride height for a lower center of gravity. As an added bonus, RPM front A-arms are roughly 10% lighter than stock (59.5g – RPM versus 66g stock)!
These are designed with leading and trailing 30° chamfered edges for smoother transitions over obstacles too tall for the suspension to clear. As an added benefit, these chamfered edges are more aerodynamic than stock as well. All RPM A-arms are molded from RPM's nearly indestructible blend of engineering grade nylons for performance you can rely on when the conditions are at their worst!
NOTE: RPM ARRMA Kraton, Talion, Outcast & Durango DEX8T A-arms are sold as one upper and one lower in each package. Two packages are needed for each vehicle. These A-arms replace stock ARRMA ARA330218 & ARA330219 and also replaces stock Durango TDR330709 & TDR330710.
